Is MPLS and DIA replaced by Cloud connection with private network?

If I can cloud connect with Microsoft, Google and Amazon using private network path.

does it mean that no need to use MPLS and DIA and even site to site VPN any more?

Are you thinking of CloudOnramp for Multicloud? If so the answer is "it depends". Can you describe more of your specific usecase? Which cloud cloud provider? What are your requirements? Which transit are you planning to use to connect to your provider?

connection to a cloud is intended to reach the cloud networks it is not a substitute for DIA.

Conversly , over a DIA you can have a Site to site IPSEC VPN to connect to a cloud in  addition to internet access

Using Microsoft private network is more secure than MPLS and DIA.

No longer need ISP to connect different country area. site to site VPN is going through internet which is insecure. 

I am thinking whether should make a router in Microsoft private network to make user use Microsoft private network to use internet. Will it extend security problem?

If no internet is needed, just use copilot instead.
