Hi,
In my network, access switches are 3750, distribution and core switches are 6509 E switches, access switches are connected with Gig ports to distribution switches, and distribution and core switches are connected with TenGig ports...
Is it necessary to configure QOS configuration inside the LAN for the better traffic flow or performance? ( In my network , there are many critical real time datas)
Regards,
Musthafa.

Its always a best practice to configure QoS end-to-end on all qos aware devices. You should configure QoS in your LAN, its best to mark traffic closest to source. Specialy if you have real time applications, its even more recommended. Most of the real time servers will mark (or you can configure them) the real time traffic with appropriate markings. You can trust it simply or you can classify and mark using other mechanisms like acls etc.
Go through the below link - it has all the info you require for different models:

Necessary? Maybe - depends on whether there's any congestion that's adverse to your traffic due to bandwidth competing less critical traffic.
