Is there any "acceptable" number of serial interface input errors

Hey all, I'm looking to get some perspective on what's "acceptable" in terms of input errors on my T1s.  I've got a few sites that are occasionally getting a few hundred input errors per hour and I'd like to know if this is something that could indicate a circuit issue.  There are no input drops so I don't think it's an overutilization issue.  Ultimately I'd like to configure my monitoring software (Solarwinds Orion) watch for signs of potential problems but want to make sure I'm watching for the right signs / thresholds.

Any input is appreciated, thanks in advance!

a few hundred per hour is a very degraded condition.

I'd say no more that double digits, and even then I'd start poking around.

anything else, like crcs or frame errors? make sure your link timing is configured correctly.

I'd contact my LEC and get a ticket open

Yeah, I'm seeing CRC errors as well (1 for 1 with input errors on some sites).  Thanks for the validation, I think I'll keep my alert settings where they're at (alert on 200+ over the past hour) and see how that goes.  I've got a couple calls open with the local LECs so hopefully they'll get to the bottom of it.
