ISDN-call problem

dears,

i have ISDN bri connetion on 2610 router i failed to initiate a call and this is the output of "debug ISDN Q931 command" :

: TX -> SETUP pd = 8 callref = 0x01

Bearer Capability i = 0x8890

Standard = CCITT

Transer Capability = Unrestricted Digital

Transfer Mode = Circuit

Transfer Rate = 64 kbit/s

Channel ID i = 0x83

Called Party Number i = 0x80, '027470024'

Plan:Unknown, Type:Unknown

*Mar 1 01:51:47.150: ISDN BR0/0 Q931: RX <- RELEASE_COMP pd = 8 callref = 0x81

help me to resolve this problem
