ISL is not able to tag vlan id

   hello to everyone 

i have trouble with this topology > i used between sw-1 and sw-3 dot1q protocol and between sw-2 and sw-4 i used dot1q but between sw-3 and sw-4 i used ISL and i have two vlan 99 and 199 while ISL isnt able to tag vlan id it sends untage while other sw-3 receive it in native vlan .  what is the solution for this to tag the vlan ?
