is it ISO afaik ISO is related to quality certification being given/awarded to large instiutions/prodcuts based on the criterias/norms..
for the same u can very well refer iso.org..
IOS is internetwork operating system as we call which is very much required for the networking equipments to operate which is very much similar to our normal windows/unix/linux OS in our wkstations.
OSI its all about the protocol suite and the reference model which talks about data networking.
