I have a remote to a problem I would like to layer 3 switches for my studies but the ISP blocks port 22 and 23 how can you fix this?

Hi,
change the ports with the rotary command under the vty lines then you'll have access to port 300x where x is the number in the command.

I have tried a different ISP, but I try to connect to the layer 3 switches to telnet and ssh and that does not work how can you fix this

how are you connecting? to which address ? from where? what are the errors you get?
what is the config of the switch?
Have you tried the command I talked above?

What is this Publik IP and where is it configured?
Can you ping this IP?

Can you ping it? Is it appearing in the sh ip int br output? Do you have a default route ----> sh ip route
