Hello,
I'm looking for a solution for combining 7 ISP connections into the main router, what would be the best solution for this?
6 ISP's providing 50Mbps, and the last ISP connection of 100Mbps.
Combining all of these ISP's into one connection and having a second connection of an added Fiber 100Mbps going into the main router with an end goal of the (7ISPS being 1 line, and the fiber being the second line) into the router.
Would would I need to accomplish this?

All the links from 1 ISP provider or different provider? -if the different provider, you can not achieve what you looking for.
instead, you can balance them best effort to utilize all the links.
what is the arrangement between ISP and you? BGP? static routing?

Hello EdwardAtallah96452,
What you need exactly?
Simply combine 7 ISP in ONE router or you want how to distribute the traffic bellow these routers?
If combine, I think you need a switch, connect all ISP in this switch, create a separate vlan for each and in your router create a trunk with sub-interface.
If you need balance traffic, you can work with BGP protocol or PBR for manipulating source (internal networks).
