I am wondering if anyone else has experienced the QOS issue I am facing right now. We have a 200Mbps evpl circuit terminated by a 2921 on one end and a 3650 on the other. The 3650 also has an outbound policy shaping to 200Mbps and this is working as expected and the line is utilized completely going 3650 to 2921. Traffic traversing outbound from the 2921 towards the 3650 shapes to around 100Mbps. The offered rate in the "sh policy-map interface gi0/2" as well as the drop rate is what has me stumped. Any input would be appreciated.
