isr 4221 turns off

hi guys

I have a lot of 4221 but faced the problem for the first time
when entering the conf mod, the cisco turns off, helps to switch the power plug. At the moment, it has been taken out of use, the new cisco works stably. Debugging does not repeat the problem. What do you think it could be?
the problem is clearly not in the power supply, as the problem only occurred when entering configuration mode, and all other nodes in the rack worked stably

If the router "turns off" when going into configuration mode, then it is a hardware issue.  

You may want to contact Cisco TAC and get them to do an EFA (field analysis).
