Hello,
I am having a problem with one of my ISR4321 routers. We recently got a faster connection to our facility and had to RMA this router after the backplane went out. I loaded the configuration onto the replacement router and just noticed that the upload speed is only 10% of the download speeds. We pay for 100/100 speeds but only get 100/8 to the end user.
Someone else set up this router before me and i'm trying to troubleshoot.
Something in this router is either dropping data or limiting data on the upload side.
Can someone help look at this running config and let me know what they see is wrong?

Hello,
which interface is the traffic flowing through ? Post the output of:
show interfaces x
where 'x' is the interface that has the slow upload speed...
