Hi Team,
#sh license det throughput
Index: 1 Feature: throughput Version: 1.0
License Type: RightToUse
License State: Active, In Use
License Count: Non-Counted
License Priority: Low
Store Index: 6
Store Name: Built-In License Storage
#sh platform hardw throughput level
The current throughput level is 300000 kb/s
Does this mean we already have a performance license installed?
Thanks.

Hello,
you need to reboot the device. License Type 'RightToUse' means the EULA has been accepted; after rebooting, the license type must be 'permanent'.

Thanks Georg. However, that router has been on production for more than 9 months already and has been rebooted several times. The platform hardware throughput command has been there since the beginning. So looks to me that RightToUse will still appear even after rebooting it. Do you think it means it does not have a PERF license?

Hello Carlos,
try to accept the EULA again, I think the global configuration command is:
license accept end user agreement

Ok done, will let you know how it goes after another reboot. Thank you.

Hello Carlos,
I checked again, you currently have a 300Mbit throughput, which means your performance license is already active and in use. You don't need to reboot the device.
Sorry for the misunderstanding...

Ok thanks. However, I believe it only has an evaluation license.
#sh license feature | i thr|nam
Feature name Enforcement Evaluation Subscription Enabled RightToUse
throughput yes yes no yes yes
So most likely we will still need to purchase a PERF license. I might try to open a TAC case as well just to be sure.
