ISR and license conversion status ?

Hello all,

I've got 2 ISRs 4321 and 2 ISR 4331.

On 3 of them, I've got the follow output :

ISR1or2or3 #sh license all
Smart Licensing Status

Smart Licensing is ENABLED

License Conversion:
Automatic Conversion Enabled: False
Status: Successful on Oct 12 16:51:21 2021 GMT+1

On one of them, I've got the follow output :

ISR4#show license all
Smart Licensing Status
======================

Smart Licensing is ENABLED

License Conversion:
Automatic Conversion Enabled: False
Status: Waiting for response on Jan 01 02:00:00 1970 GMT+1
Next response check: Oct 14 16:50:29 2021 GMT+1

The second status is strange.

From the license dashboard, everything is OK.

Is it normal ?

What IOS-XE version are they running on?

Thank you for the links but it doesn't explain why the status of one ISR stays Waiting for response and the others are successfull. I don't know anyway if this message is important ?

Check the call-home config.

Wait ... the router 17.3.3 should no longer be participating in CSL.

When you enable Smart Licensing,the Cisco Software License (CSL) and all licensing calls pass through the Smart Agent.

Read the link I have posted.  Starting from 17.3.2 CSL has a different "working model".

I've read the document but it doesn't explain why I have got 3 times the same result for ISR 1 2 3 and another result for ISR 4 with the same process ?
