Hi,

On my network, I have this C2600 Series Router, Software (C2600-IS-M), Version 12.2(15)ZJ3, EARLY DEPLOYMENT RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2) running "flash:c2600-is-mz.122-15.ZJ3.bin".

We have upgraded CUCM to 11.0.1, AQM, and Unity. After that, this 2650XM, that happens to be on other site, has being crashing every random minutes. I have only a T1 line connected on this router.

I got this message on behalf of the "Show Stacks" command:

***************************************************
******* Information of Last System Crash **********
***************************************************
The last crashinfo failed to be written.
Please verify the exception crashinfo configuration, the filesytem devices, and the free space on the
filesystem devices.
Using crashinfo_FAILED.

%Error opening crashinfo_FAILED (No such file or directory)

I'm not able to see any log info because every time it crash the logs gets cleaned.

I need help to upgrade to the correct IOS as I believe I have and old version and this is why it is crashing.

If you need the show tech-support let me know to upload it.

Thanks!!!

That image your on is deferred meaning Cisco found so many bugs in it you cant even download it anymore , that router is very old they stopped making images for it in 2008 but you can get that latest one below in the link, it has same dram and flash requirements so once there is enough room in your flash for 2 images you can install it to flash set the boot statements to pick the new image and reload the router

https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=277801010&softwareid=280805680&release=12.2.15-ZJ2&rellifecycle=ED&relind=DEFERRED&reltype=deferred

This shows you how to do an upgrade in IOS for 2600
