Issues with duplicate registrarion extension CME and third party phone

Hi friends.  A pleasure to write here!

 We have a problems with CME CISCO and third party phones (Grandtream gxp 16xx 26xx).

Phones and CME are working properly but there is a problem with registration SIP extension.

Grandstream phones add new register, when is restart o rebooted.  We can see the duplicate register with command "show voice register pool telefone-number 2001118 " here is log:

In this case only alive the last ip and phones is working properly. 

Also I can see on "debug voice register pool errors" this message, but I can´t solven it.

*Jan 16 09:40:42.602: VOICE_REG_POOL: Register request for (2001118) from (192.168.0.74)

*Jan 16 09:40:42.602: VOICE_REG_POOL: Contact matches pool 18 number list 1

*Jan 16 09:40:42.603:  Phone already registered

*Jan 16 09:40:42.603: Duplicate registration exists

I tested

-"registratios expires min max"

-remove busy trigger config

-invites messages

-upgrade phones etc,etc

 

Only  can you solvent the fails registration, removing voice register pool config and configure again or reload de CME.

Anybody has this problem? I´m fiding info on Internet but I have not luck.

from your output it looks like all phones use the same-mac-address to register at the call manager
a shared phone number is allowed, but MAC adress need to be different
-> check your phones configuration why this happens and why it is not using individual hardware MAC address

Here is the problem!. 
Each terminal has configured an unique Mac address. 
I assing mac addres for a unique voice register, the problem is that same phone, add new register in CME but only is available one. 

Option "register expires min xxx max xxx works fine win CISCO IP phones, bur are not with third party phones.
