I have a Cisco 857 which seems to be dropping connection on its public internface.
I would like to see the logs of the ppp or something which may help identify the problem of why the device has lots its connection.
I know what you can setup logs for a spefic ip, but it is possible to setup logs for debug messages?
Also what other logs would help me identify the problem?
Thanks

Thank you,
Is it possible to capture "show interface atm0" when the connection drops?

Yes you can do this.
logging buffer debug
logging buffer 10000
When you get connectivity back you will be able to do show logging when you get connectivity back.
You can set how many logs you want to store as required - 10000 in the above configuration setup.
