iWAN 2.2 Prefix-List with LE GE

Hi

I wants to use prefix-list with LE or GE "Brach Sites" but when I configure for example 

ip prefix-list branch1 seq 1 permit 10.45.0.0/23 le 24

But iWAN only shows the traffic like UC and only works when I configure a specific LAN 10.45.1.0/24
