License needed for Cisco 4331 with 100Mbps WAN link

Hi,

Just wanted to confirm it additional license (perf license) if i want to install a 100Mbps circuit on a Cisco 4331 router

That depends on whether you want to be able to guarantee more than 100 Mbps aggregate performance (allowed by the base license).  As a 100 Mbps WAN link could use up to 200 Mbps aggregate, then the general answer would be yes, you would want a performance upgrade license.
