So right now I have below license on my ISR4451x so does C1-CISCO4451/K9 Cisco ONE ISR 4451will cover all of below. Also is it mandatory to buy C1F1PISR4400SK9 Cisco ONE Foundation Perpetual License ISR 4400 license for Cisco ONE. And do I have to pay annually for IOS upgrades etc. Thanks
