Cisco ACE product can do load balancing based on links as well. Baracuda call it a link balancer. its just a marking thing as far as im concerned.

Hi,
I have found this product. Thanks Siddigirf.
Cisco ACE 4710 Application Control Engine.
Is there a stand alone product? But 4710 is a product family of 6500 switches and 7600 serie routers.
Rgds.

Hi guys,
Cisco's ACE products (now end of life) to my knowledge balancer servers like a Citrix Netscaler if you will. A link balancer will do the same idea but on ISPs. Check out what I mean here: http://www.elfiq.com/otherproducts.
You also get a lot more for your project with Elfiq, namely it has the fail-to-wire capability so it's not a point of failure, which is important because you're looking at business continuity if you don't deploy in H/A.

BTW, if you're using Cisco routers, OER/PfR feature might be an option.
