None that I'm aware of, as usually there's sufficient bandwidth, even with 10 Mbps, i.e. there's often no need to LFI.

Depending on your needs, you might reduce IP packets sizes by setting MTU or IP MTU down from Ethernet defaults (or don't use jumbos).
