The g0/0/0 of both router 1 and 2 link are always down even if I use the no shutdown command. Could someone help me with this ? Thanks

as @Richard Burts and @Joseph W. Doherty mentioned, if this is a Packet Tracer project, and if you are using e.g. the 4331 router, the only way to get a third (working) GigabitEthernet interface is to add a GLC-T in the lower right slot on the 'Physical' tab. Lots of possible reasons, especially those tied to whether there's an active device connected.
Didn't you have an Packet Tracer attachment before your revision?

Joseph asks a very good question. If this is using real equipment it points to one set of possible issues. But if it is an emulator it point to very different possible issues.
