A customer has around 40 plus sites spread across same geographical area and each have different types of internet links that connect back to the DC for internet connectivity. The DC core internet routers do not have any bandwidth issues, drops on the interfaces or any sort of traffic shaping issues. The problem being experienced is that only this specific "live video stream" keeps buffering and playing in almost all offices. The offices were checked to see their individual BW consumption which are normal too. Also none of the site's have any buffering issues when they run like facebook live or youtube live it affects only that particular live stream hosted on "jomablue.com". (Note : Proxy servers, FW inspection etc has been ruled out) but still not sure what is creating this stream to be affected. Any guidance would be helpful..
Traffic flow is below:
hosting service "jomablue.com" >>>> (This site is accessed through internet and user register themselves and click on the link to join the live stream view>>>> live stream traffic >>>> Primary DC internet link (1 GBPS) >>>> FW>>>> Core switch >>>> Site aggregate router >>>>>> Branch sites
