please advise...
i am to buy a cisco router that would enable me to share a 2 leased lines (wic-1T modules) connected to 2 different service providers. is there a solution to do that without additional setup from the provider's side? maybe CEF??? what router would be most suitable?

Running BGP ? or just default routes ? Easy way is to run default routes to both ISPs and use CEF. You dont get inbound load balancing with this setup. You will need BGP in that case.
