logging buffer router

Please find the attached,

Attached is the logging buffer output from which I have some doubts,

monitor logging : level debugging 911 messages logged

I have not enable logging monitor on the router but router is showing level debugging 911 messages logged ???

If I am not wrong these messages are same messages which are generated in logging buffer but they are send to terminal monitor session when a user issue a command terminal monitor for troubleshooting purpose. And the no's 911 is the total count of logs which has been sent to a multiple terminal session of the users since from the router has been restarted.

Buffer Logging: level information,, 167244 messages logged

the above figures are for the logging buffer with 167244 messages since from the router has been reloaded or any user has issued a clear logging buffer command.

Logging exception size (4096)

please answer

Count and timestamp logging messages disabled:

though I have seen date and time in the logs for  logging buffer why in the output it is showing  disabled???

persistent logging: disabled.

Trap logging: level informational, 167259 message lines logged.

i have not enabled logging trap command then why it is showing 167259 ???

Thanks
