We have a 3845 about 200 Miles away we are unable to access via SSH and users are unable to connect to the internet. I'm able to access the switch connected to the 3845 via SSH at the remote site though. I noticed all the ports on the switch connected to the remote 3845 are flapping(See Below). Also, the Gig0/23 where the VG204 is connected to has incoming data of 35MB/Sec. The Gig0/24 trunk port on the switch connected to Gig0/1 on the 3845 router has a continous 175MB/sec incoming.
Sequence of Events:
15 Apr 2015 - Cisco works successfully backed up 3845 config
16 Apr 2015 - Cisco works was unable to backup 3845 config
17 Apr 2015 - Unable to access 3845, VG204 at remote site but able to login to switch behind 3845 router at remote site
17 Apr 2015 - Contacted ISP and verified connectivity end to end (No errors)
***Prior to 16 Apr 2015 our 3845 router hasn't had any issues.***
Flapping:
23:31:55: %SW_MATM-4-MACFLAP_NOTIF: Host 001f.caf2.#### in vlan ### is flapping between port Gi0/8 and port Gi0/11
23:31:58: %SW_MATM-4-MACFLAP_NOTIF: Host c464.13c9.#### in vlan ### is flapping between port Gi0/10 and port Gi0/11
Ordered identical replacement cards:
VIC3 4FXS/DID 4 port
VWIC2 2MFT T1/E1 port 0 and 1
We will be replacing the cards listed above sometime today to see if this fixes the issue. If not, I may talk to Cisco about replacing the 3845 Chassis. I'm 200 miles away from the remote site and unable to run the "show controllers" command to get more info at this time. I assumed that our T1 card must have gone bad and seems logical to replace as part of troubleshooting. Any other troubleshooting suggestions would be helpful and greatly appreciated.

Hi,
What is connected to Gi0/8, Gi0/10 and Gi0/11. Have someone trace where these ports connect to. Have you tried shutting down these ports to see what happens?

After replacing the 2 cards and the switch with a 3750X we still had port flapping on port GiG1/0/8/, Gig1/0/10 and Gig 1/0/11. I had our end user unplug ports 8 and 11 and after about15-20 minutes they were able to access the internet and their IP phones came back up. Not sure what's plugged into these ports and may need to do a site visit to determine the cause and trace wires.

The Gig0/8 port that was putting out 95MB/Sec turned out to be a Cisco 7942 phone with no computer attached.
