MACBOOK users disconnection on wireless connection

Hi All,

Some of our MacBook clients are disconnecting from wireless access point automatically, we are using 5500 wlc and load balancing is disable on ssid.

Please provide more relevant information.
1. WLC firmware version
2. What radio are these MAC book connected to, 2.4 Ghz or 5.0 Ghz?
3. Users are connected to the same AP or not?
4. What about other OS? Windows? Chrome? iOS?

5. No issue with windows laptops, only mac os having issue.
