hi
i have a cisco isr4431 router in my network which also works as my internet gateway now i need to limit bandwidth and traffic to the internet per user and ip. how can i achieve that without buying other boxes can cisco ISE do that or is there any other software solution that lets me do this also
does pfsense works with my router?

Hi
You could use police or shaping to limit the bandwidth for specific host or network, the following link can be useful:
