Mark DE and generate BECNs and FECNs in FR lab

I have built a small FR lab for testing QoS configurations prior to production implementation. I have FR switching set up no problem. However, I want to simulate some congestion to cause DE packets to be dropped and BECNs and/or FECNs to be generated. Causing the congestion was no problem. I can easily back up the queues and force drops on the PVCs. However all of my PVC stats show 0 BECNs or FECNs on the end routers and the FR switch. How can I get it to mark those packets accordingly?

do you use a "real" fr-switch or do you use a cisco-router as a fr-switch?

if a cisco-router acts as a fr-switch it does not

(by default) send becn/fecn.

if it should do so, you have to configure congestion-management
