Dear all,
When I applied command dspcon 20:1.3:3 1 1979
Port Vpi Vci Owner State Persistency
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Local 20:1.3:3 1.1979 MASTER OK Persistent
Address: 55.003004030010100333609000.0000010b2d02.00
Node name: ftwotx90
Remote Routed <<< 1.447 SLAVE -- Persistent
Address: 55.003004030010100333602000.000001012d0b.00

Can anyone advise what does Routed mean? why it not shows 'slot and port' number.
Thank You!

Hi,
this could refer to a SPVC routed by PNNI between two MGX Switches. If this seems unfeasable could you please provide more information about the network, MGX hw/sw and the like.

Hi!
Greetings!
Good day! Are you mapping your PVC statically or did you use PNNI? PNNI on ATM is like a routing protocol comparable to EIGRP in IP networks, so if you see this kinds of displays, it means that you have created a PVC that is dynamically routed through the ATM network by an ATM routing protocol.
Hope this helps,
Regards,,
Albert
