Can any one tell me how to monitor the BW consumed by each device connected to this router? IndigoCard helped but nothing happened.

You can not monitor each device on the router itself, if the device support you can use netflow.

To expand on @balaji.bandi answer ...

You'll need to configure netflow on the router, with the netflow data getting exported to a netflow collector.

You'll need to setup a server as your netflow collector.

The netflow collector will receive and collate the data to display the info you need.

There are dozens of products on the market which can do that with widely varying capabilities.

Search for "netflow data analysis" for some examples.

Besides the (more modern) NetFlow, mentioned by the other posters the (old) IP Accounting feature, info, (if still supported) might also provide information that you want.

Yes the original poster did not mention what hardware or software they are using (even after saying "this router" as if they were about to provide details).  IP accounting was deprecated and isn't supported in newer platforms or IOS but if you have a very old router and IOS that might be an easy option to use.
