Does MPLS TE reoptimization cause packet loss or not? And what happens with "old tunnel"? Is it teared down or maintained?

Hi Volodymyr,
In MPLS TE, there is a notion of "make before break", where the new tunnel will be signaled before the old tunnel is taken down. This prevents packet loss.
