mtr tool required in cisco ISR4321/K9

i require this tool in cisco ISR4321/K9 router. is it possible ??

the short answer is: no. Even if there were such a tool (traceroute and ping) you would not be able to 'install' it on the 4321.

The good news is: you don't have to, because the Web UI of the 4321 has a 'Ping and Trace Route' utility built in, check the 'Troubleshooting' page of the Web UI.
