Multi-vendor ISPs

I have 2 ISPs and will be integrating a 3rd ISP for IPTV only on a ASR 1001-x (with HA FWs).  I'm considering using PBR for the IPTV traffic.

Any thoughts on this.

So, you are planning to do IPTV over the Internet?

If yes, the providers usually don't provide any QOS if needed.

As noted by Reza, ISPs don't generally provide any QoS.  However, if you dedicate Internet links for only your site-to-site traffic, you can often very effectively manage their bandwidth with QoS.

Could you please provide more details, also you need verify what kind of QoS is handled by the ISP, they could be using best effort. 

You could use PBR with set next-hop to move the traffic to the ASR connected to the FWs.
