Multicst problem - Need help please

H folks,

I need to let specific broadcast Ip pass over a link from one switch to another while all other traffic are blocked. I have used the following but I still get broadcast storm.

config# ip access-list extended block_All_ExceptOne
config# permit igmp any any
config# deny ip any any
config# deny udp any any
config# permit igmp host 239.0.0.55 any

sorry folks, i am re[lying to my post to make say something. I really don;t have the hardware nor I have configs except what I have in my post. someone else on overseas is trying to get this done and I have no access to the switches. He only wants to allow that broadcast Ip address 139.x.x.x and deny all other traffic. I told him to write an ACL permitting this host with this IP and deny ip any any.

he says that didn't work. i don;t have IP Multicast configs on those switches. so, i am on;y trying top help based on the info posted here.

any other form if ACL would work?
