Multilink Problem --ISP

I configured 3 links as a single multilink,But if anyone link face problem,the entire multilink goes down.In each link I configured X no of customers.So if one is affected all are affected.

any solution for this problem.Like if anyone link in the multilink down,only those customers configured should be affected.Not all..
