nat problems, please help

Hello,

I need to connect to the server (pop3, smtp, remote) in the inside network using Public IP address.

I was trying :"IP NAT OUTSIDE SOURCE ... ... NO-ALIAS"

but it is not working. I can connect from outside, with no problems.

ip nat inside source static (inside ip address) (outside ip address)
