Nat to ISP without static public IP

Hi all.

I have a home setup with a Cisco router and one provided by my ISP.  While I can put the

ISP router,

into bridged mode and allow my Cisco router's GigabitEthernet8 interface to receive an IP address through DHCP, I'm not sure how to configure

NAT.

  I can't know what my public IP will be, or even if I'm the only one

 NATing

through my presently assigned public IP.

The

 ISP router

does not allow

static routing

, or it would be as simple as pointing every subnet at the Cisco router.  Every guide I've found on

NAT

seems to require foreknowledge of a dedicated IP or a range of dedicated IPs.

Any help would be appreciated!

you don't need to know IP, just do

PAT

with overload on interface facing ISP on your router
