Natting and adverting

Hi I have a quick question here I have an edge router that receives an outside ip address of 10.254.27.33 which in turn I nat that to the 204.10.122.130 subnet. My question is how do I go about advertising that NATTEd ip route of 204.10.122.130 to the rest of my network?

You can define a static route pointing to the interface where traffic will be sent for 10.254.27.33. This static route can be redistributed into your IGP.
