Need Help Troubleshooting PPPOE

All,

I am working on setting up a 2811 router to act as a PPPoE client for a newly installed DSL connection.  I am running debug on the router and I see the PADISNT going out.  I see the PADO coming back to the router.  I then see the PADR leaving from the router and finally the PADS coming back from the modem.  I also see Vi2 becoming bound to profile Di1.   All looks good then I see the modem sending a PADT (termination) then the process repeats.  Can anyone shed some light what this terminations are coming back from the modem?

Below are the debug outputs...
