Need help with a cisco packet task, aVLAN configuration...

I have a task from my professor to do VLAN configuration. The problem is we haven't learned VLAN yet because he is on leave we have a sub who teaches us practically nothing but the professor is still the one sending homework task and he thinks we know this.... and I can't get it to work for the life of me.... is there a way anyone could help me out? I'm really lost please. I will provide the word document of the task.
