Need recommendation: Router + 4 WAN connection

We used 2611XM to connect remote site with 512K leased line.

Now, we have 10 more sites.

Could some one recommend a good router to use. I read that new routers can accommodate up to 4 WAN interfaces! We have (VOIP + VC + data).

I need the minimum router (28xx or 38xx).

2811 comes with 64F/256R as standard.

Will this 256M serves the purpose. Please note that we have 4 WANs at the same time.

Which IOS I should use?
