Good afternoon,
Hopefully this is an easy solution.
To summarize, there used to be a site-to-site VPN connection between two locations that were using Cisco MPLS devices with EIGRP configured to provide routing. Unfortunately one of the sides is terminating and I need to re-route the two Subnets that will be affected to go through a Cisco ASA that will be connecting the two locations in the near future.
What is the easiest way of handing this? Adding static routes for the two subnets or will EIGRP update when it notices that the two subnets are coming in from a different path?
The two subnets:
10.1.0.0/24
10.1.1.0/24
Do mind that I was hired onto this existing network, no one who originally worked and/or deployed it is still with the company. I do appreciate any assistance that will resolve or lead me towards a solution
