Network card compatability

Hello all,

I have a 3745 Router with IOS ver 12.3(7)T and I have another Router (2621 model ) which have a card with 10Base T/AUI port .Will this card work with 3745 Router with IOS 12.3 (7) .

What card do you have on the 2600 ?

It's normal Ethernet card . In sh ver , it shows as

"Ethernet/IEEE 802.3 interface " which has AUI/UTP (10Base-T) port.

Hi,

I believe you have an NM-1E card, which is not compatible with 3700 series. See this document:
