Hello.
Have you tried to analyse packet capture?
Have you tried to move (working) PC from one branch to another (non working)?

I check with some laptop which is not using in this location and still the problem is same ..... while capturing the packet i found some " tcp segment of a ra ssembled pdu " . Is this a mtu issue or something else ???
Thank you for the reply

Hello.
Have you had a chance to compare network sessions for working and non-working branches?
MTU could be an issue if your transit MTU is less than 1500, but it's likely to appear if server is using any kind of offloads (or proprietary TCP implementation). In our network sometimes it's mandatory to disable network offload on all the servers we are troubleshooting for performance issue.
Have you tried to adjust MSS in transit network?
Could you post capture file here?

Hi
I didnt get any chance to compare the packets since the locations are in very remote areas ..... But i tried to ping from nonworkin location to the server location and I found 1444 was the permiting mtu( till the firewall ) .... And I have given mtu 1442 and tcp mss 1410 in the interfaces .. and still didnt help ..... can u please tell me which interface (wan or lan ) I should give the mtu, and whether there will be any additional header for sap application compare to icmp ?? ........ network offload should be done from server or router ???
Regards
