The problem is, my router is very new from the shop, when i try to enter configuration mode by using putty software, it doesn't allow me to do so. The only message that is displayed is " CONFIG_P: configured programmatically by process pnp agent discovery from console as vty0". When I press "enter" button the same message repeats again and again. What should I do then?

What firmware is the router loaded with? Autonomous IOS or SD-WAN?
The phrase above sounds like the router was purchased with SD-WAN image. Converting it from SD-WAN to Autonomous IOS is possible but it is a major pain for someone who is not familiar.
It started booting but at the end it displayed "failed to initialize nvram" and "failed to initialize backup nvram" after few minutes it then displayed "SIM_ACQUISITION_TIMEOUT: [Cellular0/2/0]: SIM s lot 0 Acquisition Timer timeout !!"
