Hello, I have tried to follow some instructions but now my router has stuck at the stage where it do repeats these two things, "Auto install trying DHCPv4 on Service-Engine0/1/0" and "Auto install trying DHCPv6 on Service-Engine0/1/0" . These two messages repeats interchangeably. Any help please

since this thread has become quite long, I am not sure if trying to break into ROMMON has already been suggested:

1. Power off/on the router

2. Hit the BREAK key while connected with Putty

Do you get any response on the screen ?

tough one. The terminal program might be the problem. Try either of the Putty alternatives listed below:

Solar-PuTTY.
KiTTY.
Bitvise SSH Client.
PuTTYTray.
SuperPuTTY.
MobaXterm.
mRemoteNG.
Xshell.

This happens when you have the console cable plugged into the aux port.
