New License Installation on a Router

hello team,

we have a router in production & i have ordered HSEC and AppX license for the router from our vendor and he has sent me PDF files with PAK's.

Can you please let me know how to install these licenses step by step.TIA

Thank you, I remember for Cisco ASA I submitted a code on the Cisco website and it generated a key, please try with the previous links and please keep me posted.
