why we cannot  connect a  Nexus  2k to two nexus 7K ?

Hi there,

How are you configuring the connectivity between the 7K and 2K? The 2K can only be connected as a fabric extender. What commands have you tried so far?

we are using 5k only to connect 2k , just i am asking why we cannot ?

The 7K is supported as a parent switch:

...can you share the interface/ fex configuration that you have tried on the 7K? Any error messages that you are seeing?
