Hi All,
Device: cisco Nexus9000 C9348GC-FXP Chassis
NXOS Version: 9.3.7
We are seeing a behavior in our IGMP joins that not all of the groups are joining at the same time. Checking the IGMP debug, I'm getting these messages for the groups that don't get added to the IGMP table
2022 Jan 27 08:24:12.426659 igmp: [22850] (default-base) PMN filtered IGMP report for group 239.1.1.1
I was supposing that it was the
control-plane policy
so I increased the
pmn-copp-class-normal-igmp
to a CIR of 10000 from the default of 3000, but I'm still seeing the issue. Anyone familiar with this?

The issue was the nbm flow bandwidth was not enough, this caused new IGMP joins to not be allowed.
